PokerAllstar.com interviews Ciarán
O'Leary, 2007 World Series of Poker
Champion in the $1,500 No-limit Hold'em Poker Tournament.
(PRWEB)
August 6, 2007 -- PokerAllstar.com, a ComKings website,
is pleased to announce the first in a series of interviews
with a 2007 World Series of Poker champion, and talented
rising stars that competed in this year's WSOP.
The first in the series of interviews
is with Ciarán O'Leary, and can be viewed by
going to: Ciarán
O'Leary Interview
Ciarán O'Leary is not only one
of the rising stars, but also a champion, and one
who is carrying on the integrity and honor exemplified
by former WSOP champions like Doyle Brunson, Jennifer
Harmon, and Joseph Hachem, whose unimpeachable character
maintain poker as a great sport.
Kurt Stine, publisher of ComKings, also
attended the WSOP this year and conducted the interview
with Ciarán after they'd both returned home
to the Pacific Northwest, no worse for wear from the
intense schedule of the WSOP.
"Ciarán is an exceptionally
happy and intense individual that rattles off percentages
and strategies as easily as school children recite
their ABC's. He was an enjoyable person to interview,
and made my work easier than I anticipated,"
said Mr. Stine.
The second interview in the series is
with Kelly Jo McGlothlin who was one of two women
to finish in the top 100 players of the 2007 WSOP
Main Event. Kelly Jo finished 95th in the Main Event,
and Maria Ho finished 38th.
The third interview in the series is
with William Spadea who just missed the Final Table
of the 2007 WSOP Main Event when he was eliminated
in 13th position.
A press release will follow next week
announcing the interview with Kelly
Jo McGlothlin on PokerAllstar.
